Fees for therapy and payment

Fees are listed on the Prices page

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by BACS, cash or by cheque. We do not have the facility to take payments by card. An electronic receipt will be e-mailed to you within two working days.

Cancellation of appointments

Therapy rooms at the Isbourne Centre in Cheltenham are used for all NeuroRestart sessions. A therapy room is booked by NeuroRestart for a mutually convenient time for the client, myself and the Isbourne Centre. 

If an appointment is cancelled or postponed with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £20 is payable for a one-hour or one-and-a-half-hour session and £40 for a two – three-hour session.

If an appointment is cancelled or postponed after the session’s due start time, a fee of £40 is payable for a one-hour or one-and-a-half-hour session and £100 for a two – three-hour session.
